About Us
We were established in 2021 to support staff in making the most of Microsoft Office. Since then, our work has expanded to cover a broad range of digital tools, programmes and improvement initiatives across the organisation.
This includes supporting staff with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot, alongside projects focused on digital transformation, process improvement, collaboration, and safer, more efficient ways of working.
As a Microsoft-accredited team with over 40 years of combined experience, we bring both expertise and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible training and support.
Our approach is shaped by a clear purpose: to enable staff to feel confident and capable in the digital workplace.
